CURSO LEY SERVICIO CIVIL Como mecanismo para la modernización de la gestión publica , la Autoridad Nacional del Servicio Público (‘SERVIR’) se creó para mejorar la función y administración pública a través de un servicio público meritocrático y eficiente.

En línea con este principal objetivo, se promulgó la Ley N ° 30057, la Ley de Servicio Civil, que establece un nuevo régimen para las personas que prestan sus servicios en la administración del estado, así como para aquellos que son responsables de su gestion, el ejercicio de sus poderes y los de las autoridades. La prestación de servicios es responsable. Esta reforma requiere que el personal de recursos humanos esté debidamente capacitado con la finalidad de ayudar a sus respectivas unidades a realizar la transición al nuevo sistema de servicio civil.
